Today, U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand visited the CPI Aerostructures facility to underscore the intersection of national security, economic development, and New York State’s leadership in the aerospace and defense sectors.
“What CPI Aerostructures is doing on Long Island is exactly what American manufacturing should look like: skilled workers, high-quality materials, and cutting-edge technology,” said Senator Gillibrand. “There is no better resource in America than the American worker. The workers at CPI Aero exemplify the innovative spirit, the drive, and the dedication we need to maintain New York’s manufacturing excellence. By leveraging innovation, they are helping build the future right here in our state.”
CPI Aerostructures is a Long Island-based manufacturer of structural aircraft components for fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters, serving both the U.S. defense market and commercial aerospace sector.
